As an online business, we don’t keep traditional hours, but all project timelines are based on business days.

Most projects are completed in 7-14 business days.

Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays don’t count as business days. 

After you order , your design form will be emailed. I will review your completed form then email your contract.

YOU HAVE 2 BUSINESS DAYS TO COMPLETE YOUR FORM 

IF INCOMPLETE ON DAY 3, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED, IN FULL.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If I determine that your project is not a fit, you will receive a full refund prior to the start of any services.

Otherwise, a contract will be sent via email, at which point your payment becomes final and dedicated to your project.

Each service includes a set number of revisions (specified in the product description). Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Revisions outside of your original design request will incur additional fees.
